Diane Keaton for 'Somethings' Gotta Give'

Comedic roles are often overlooked by Oscar despite many an actor saying that doing comedy is harder than doing drama. Which proves the point that the AMPAS should include separate categories for comedic films and performances like the Golden Globes have. Diane, however, went against the odds by getting noticed by the Academy this year for what would be considered a comedic role. Las Vegas odds have her in second place to Charlize's performance which is surprising and probably due to her overall body of work instead of this particular performance.
